Analog Devices ADR3625 High Current Output Voltage References

Technology Cover
Date de Parution: 2022-12-16, Analog Devices Inc.

The ADR3625 is a low-power, high-precision reference voltage with a maximum temperature coefficient of 3ppm /°C for Stage B in an 8-pin MSOP. With the ability to purchase voltages up to 70 mA, the ADR3625 is a special alternative to standard low drop voltage (LDO) regulators.

The proprietary DigiTrim technology cuts output voltage and temperature coefficients. Low thermal lag (-7ppm) and low long-term drift (160ppm at 4500hr) improve system life accuracy. The minimum load capacitance for operation is 0.1μF. The ADR3625 operates from -40°C to +125°C.
