The AL1678 series is available in SO-7 packages and offers a variety of different rated current 500V MOSFETs, allowing designers to choose the most suitable driver to meet different bulb power and cost requirements. With an improved driver topology, the AL1678 series provides significant circuit flexibility and provides accurate constant current line and load regulation over a universal input range of 85VAC to 277VAC.
