The LTC2281 is a 10-bit 125Msps, low power dual 3V a /D converter designed for digital high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. Ideal for demanding imaging and communications applications, the LTC2281's AC performance includes 61.6dB SNR and 82dB SFDR for signals at Nyquist frequencies. Typical DC specifications include ±0.1LSB INL, ±0.1LSB DNL.

The transition noise is 0.08LSBRMS. A single 3V power supply allows low power operation. A separate output power supply allows the output to drive from 0.5V to 3.6V logic. Single ended CLK input controls the converter operation. An optional clock duty ratio stabilizer allows high performance in the full speed range of the clock duty ratio. The data ready Output clock (CLKOUT) can be used to latch output data.
