Infineon's industrial-grade microcontroller (MCU) portfolio XMC7000. By providing performance advantages such as higher computing performance, richer peripherals, and wider operating temperature range, the series of products can meet the demands of advanced industrial applications for high performance, high scalability, and harsh working environments.

Inherits the excellent performance of Infineon XMC series MCU in the field of industrial control. The core has a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 processor with a high frequency of 350-MHz and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor with a high frequency of 100-MHz. It is paired with an embedded flash memory of up to 8MB and an on-chip static random access memory (SRAM) of 1MB. With low-power modes as low as 8µA and support for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C, these configurations deliver best-in-class computing performance for the demanding environments of high-end industrial applications.

As one of the highlights of the product, XMC7000 series MCU integrates rich peripherals such as 8-10 channel CAN FD, multi-channel TCPWM and Gigabit Ethernet, which provides flexibility and competitiveness for industrial product development while providing reliable connectivity. It is the ideal choice for highly complex motor control, BMS, PLC and I/O equipment. Especially suitable for industrial drive, electric vehicle (EV) charging, commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, robots and other advanced industrial applications.
