    Mouser Electronics, an authorized global distributor of semiconductor and electronic components focused on new product introductions, announced a worldwide distribution agreement with Diotec Semiconductor, a designer and manufacturer of discrete semiconductor components. Under the contract, Mouser will provide customers with a line of commercial and industrial grade diodes, rectifiers, FETs and voltage regulators from Diotec Semiconductor.

     The CL15M45/CL20M/CL40M45 SMD current-limiting diodes achieve higher current strength (IP) in parallel operation, providing a high-performance, durable solution for applications such as low-power LED drivers and battery chargers. These current-limiting diodes feature 1W power dissipation, 0.5V reverse voltage, -50°C to +150°C operating junction temperature, and are available in SMB packages and offer commercial-grade performance.

     The MMBT7002K N-channel enhancement mode FETs offer excellent performance for applications such as signal processing, logic level translators and drivers. This FET offers ESD protected fast gate switching and an operating junction temperature of -55°C to +150°C. The MMBT7002K FET features 350mW power dissipation, 20V gate-source voltage and 60V drain-source voltage.

     Diotec Semiconductor's BAV99x Small Signal Diodes feature high switching speed, low junction capacitance, and low leakage current. BAV99x diodes are available in UL 94V-0 case material, and BAV99x diodes with the -AQ suffix in the part number indicate AEC-Q101 qualified. These diodes support a range of applications including signal processing, rectification and high speed switching.

       The EGL1x ultrafast recovery rectifiers feature an excellent 50V to 400V reverse voltage (VR) range and 50V to 400V reverse repetitive peak voltage (VRRM). These high performance diodes have high power dissipation and support high frequency rectification.
