Connector housing is made of high temperature black thermoplastic (UL94V-0) with brass and nickel plated housing. Rated 10000 cycles, insertion force 4.5kGF, pull force 1Kgf~4Kgf. The contact resistance is 30mOhm, the insulation resistance is 100mOhm, and the dielectric voltage is 300VAC.
In black PVC outer sheath, cable plug pins are gold-plated flash tin-plated nickel housing with black 55P PVC overmould and insulation. The 26AWG dual-end male to male cable comes in lengths of 3 ft, 6 ft, 10 ft and 16.5 ft with hdMI-A 2.1 plug.
All of these connector and cable assemblies, waterproofing solutions and advanced automotive solutions have been tested for electrical performance and stress. All components must be 100% tested for short circuit, openness, continuity and appearance. They are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
